今次我們就在家中自制他他醬~~~

材料 - Ingredients:
蛋黃 - 2隻
Egg yolk - 2 pcs
芥末醬/芥末粉 - 1tsp
Mustard sauce / Mustard Powder - 1tsp
油 - 200g
Oil - 200g
酸黃瓜 - 20g
Gherkins - 20g
酸豆 - 20g
Capers - 20g
白酒醋/白醋/檸檬汁 - 1-2tsp
White Wine Vinegar / White Vinegar / Lemon Juice-1-2tsp
鹽和黑椒 - 適量
Salt and black pepper - TT
 
做法 - Methods:
1. 先把 酸黃瓜 和 酸豆 切碎, 備用;
   Chopped the Gherkins and Capers, and set aside;
 
2. 準備一個盤, 放入 蛋黃 和 芥末醬/芥末粉, 打勻, 之後慢慢地加入 油, 邊加邊打勻;
   Prepare a mixing bowl, add egg yolk and mustard/mustard powder, mix well, slowly add oil and mix well while adding;
 
3. 當 蛋黃 和 油 完全混合後, 加入 酸黃瓜 和 酸豆, 打勻;
   When the egg yolk and oil are completely mixed, add Gherkins and Capers, mix well;
 
4. 最後加入 白酒醋/白醋/檸檬汁, 鹽和黑椒, 打勻;
   Finally add white wine vinegar/white vinegar/lemon juice, salt and black pepper, mix well;
 
5. 完成後先放入雪櫃, 直至食用時才取出。
   Put into refrigerator when finished, and take it out until serve.
 
P.S. 完成後的他他醬, 在雪櫃中最多存放 3天。
P.S. Tartar Sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
