所以我買水鴨煲雪耳,
水鴨有滋陰作用,
很多人說早上起床口乾、 鼻乾
雪耳有潤肺 滋潤 養顏作用
這時候飲, 可以滋潤
身體不用如此的燥

烹調時間 Cooking time: 1小時 hr 20 分鐘 mins
材料 Ingredients:
1 個 ea (30g) 漳州雪耳 Zhangzhou White Fungus
1 隻 ea (380g) 急凍水鴨 frozen Teal
300 g 豬脊骨 Pork Spine Bone
3 粒 pcs 紅棗 Date Pulms
1/3 片 slice 陳皮 Dried Tangerine Peel
2 - 4 片 slice 厚切薑片 Thick Sliced Ginger
3000 ml 清水 water
方法 - method :
1. 沖洗 雪耳 3次。浸泡至變軟轉白。再沖洗。切除底部黑色硬塊。
Wash the Zhangzhou White Fungus 3 times.
Soak it until it becomes soft and white.
Wash it again and cut the bottom.
2. 沖洗 水鴨,放在沸騰的 薑片 水中,焯一會。
沖洗、去內臟、去毛 。
Wash the teal. Put it in boiling water with ginger for seconds.
Wash and remove internal organs and hair.
3. 沖洗 豬脊骨,汆水。
Wash the pork bones, then blanch them in boiling water.
4. 倒 3000ml 清水入煲內,開火。
Pour the 3000ml of water into the pot. Turn to high heat.
5. 沸騰後,加入 豬脊骨、陳皮、去核紅棗、雪耳。
When the water is boiling, put the pork spine bones, dried tangerine peel, pitted red dates, and white Fungus in.
6. 15分鐘後,加入汆水的 水鴨,轉中火。
Add the blanched teal after 15 mins of cooking. Turn to med heart.
7. 40分鐘後,轉小火。
Turn to low heat after 40 mins of cooking.
8. 15分鐘後,關火。
Turn off the fire after 15 mins of cooking.
