1條 (pcs) 豬展肉 (細) small pork shank

日本元貝主要有宗谷元貝及清森元貝,日本北海道帆立漁業振興協會把北海道元貝按體積大小及級別分為10個規格,市面上售賣的元具以產地、大小的級數分為L\M\S\SS,價格因而不同。呎碼越大,甜味越濃。
元貝味道鮮美,食材做法有很多種不同配搭:炆、煮、燉、蒸、炒、烹。
蛋白質豐富,含量高達61.8%;有滋陰補腎、和胃調中功能,補益健身。能治療頭暈目眩、久病體虛、脾胃虛弱等,有助於降血壓、降膽固醇、軟化血管、防止動脈硬化。
