黃耆 : 調節血糖、補氣、活血生肌、利水消腫
注意 : 肝火旺盛人士,飲了會引起頭痛,,喉嚨涸,自調適當份量
或加入海玉竹
Huang Astragalus :
Good to regulates blood sugar, warming the yang ,nourishes blood, promotes blood circulation and promotes muscle growth, Swelling in the body,
Remarks : Some people will have the headaches after drinking it, and the throat will feel dry ( may add some Dried Yuzhu Head )
 
黨參 : 味甜,氣血不足、倦怠、四肢乏力
注意 : 黨參含多糖類,血糖高的人士適量食用
Codonopsis Pilosula :
Sweet taste, lack of qi and blood, burnout, fatigue of limbs
Remarks :  It itself containing polysaccharides, moderate consumption for people with high blood sugar

材料 - Ingredients :
黃耆 30 g
Huang Astragalus 30 g
黨參15 g
15 g Codonopsis Pilosula
果皮 一角
1/3 pc Tangerine Peel 
OR add in
海竹頭 30g
30 g Dried Yuzhu Head
豬展肉 69 g
69 g Pork Shank
清水 900 ML
Clear water 900ML
 
做法 - Method:
1. 洗淨黃耆、黨參
CleanHuang Astragalus & Codonopsis Pilosula

2. 豬展肉出水
Put the pork shank in the boiled water to get rid the dirty layer

3. 在清水中,放入黃耆、黨參、海竹頭
Put the Huang Astragalus , Codonopsis Pilosula, Dried Yuzhu Head into water

4. 水滾放入豬展肉、果皮
Put the Pork Shank, Tangerine Peel in the boiling water

5. 中火煲 1 小時30分鐘
Med heat for 1 hr 30 min
