材料 - Ingredients : 
340g牛腱 Beef tendon
560g (半個) (1/2 pc) 半生熟中國木瓜 China Papaya
2 片薑 Sliced ginger
1/3 果皮tangerine 
2 公升 (L) 清水Water

方法 - methods: 
1.    牛腱放入沸騰水中,出水。 
Put beef tendon in the boiling water for clear the dirty 

2.    2公升清水沸騰後,放牛腱,薑,果皮。轉中火。
Beef tendon, Ginger, tangerine place in 2L boiling water. Turn to medium heat

3.    中國木瓜去皮, 去籽及根。切2-3段。
Peel the Chinese papaya and remove seeds and roots. Cut into 2or 3 segments

4.    湯煲1小時30分後,放入木瓜。
After 1 hour and 30 mins, put the papaya in 

5.    煲30分鐘,可以飲用。
Soup is ready to drink after boiling 30 mins again.

中國木瓜
中國木瓜,與番木瓜是不同植物。 
它叫「海棠」或者「木瓜海棠」。著名的觀賞植物;又叫做皺皮木瓜、宣木瓜,分佈在廣東、廣西、福建、雲南、台灣等。
