Small House Cooking 蝸煮

今次會在家中自製青醬, 
之後就可以用來煮意粉或其他菜式,
同場會講解羅勒和巴西里的種類~
This time I will homemade Basil Pesto at home,

材料 - Ingredients:
大葉羅勒葉 Basil Leaf – 35g
巴西里葉 Parsley Leaf – 15g
松子仁 Pine nuts – 25g
蒜瓣 Garlic cloves – 15g
初榨橄欖油 Extra virgin olive oil – 200ml
檸檬皮 Lemon zest - 1 pcs
鹽和黑椒 Salt and black pepper - 適量 (QS)

做法 – Method:
1. 先把 大葉羅勒葉和巴西里葉清洗, 然後吸乾表面的水份, 備用;
   First, Wash and clean the Basil Leaf and Parsley Leaf, and then dry them, set aside;

2. 松子仁用白鑊炒香, 之後放涼備用;
   Toast the pine nuts in pan without oil until fragrant, then let cool down for later use;

3. 蒜瓣去皮, 備用;
   Peel the garlic cloves and set aside;

4. 準備攪拌機, 放入羅勒, 巴西里, 松子仁, 蒜瓣 和 一半的初榨橄欖油, 先攪拌至完全混合, 之後加入剩下的初榨橄欖油, 繼續攪拌至混合;
   Perpare a blender, add Basil Leaf, Parsley Leaf, pine nuts, garlic cloves and half of Extra virgin olive oil, first blend until smooth, then add the remaining Extra virgin olive oil, and continue to blend until mixed well;

5. 之後加入檸檬皮, 鹽和黑椒調味, 再次攪拌至混合, 最後倒入在器皿中存放。
   Then add lemon zest, salt and black pepper, blend again until mixed well, and finally pour it into a container for storage.
