材料 Ingredients
3-4顆 (pcs) 蜜柑 (日向夏) Citrus Tamurana
80g黃糖 (二砂糖) Brown Sugar
1-2湯匙 (Tbsp) 蜜糖 (蜂蜜) Honey
適量 (QS) 水 Water
做法 – Method:
1. 日向夏蜜柑切皮 (白色部份留下),再切條。果肉切片(自食),果瓣取果汁(留用)。
Cut the Citrus Tamurana peel into slices. (Keep the white part) Pulp eat it. Save the juice.
2. 冷水開始,放入切條果皮。煮至沸騰。沖水。重複1-2次。視孚苦澀味情度。
Start from cold water. Put the peel in, and boil. Wash to cool down.
Repeat 1-2 times. Depend on the bitterness.
3. 小火,先放黃糖 (二砂糖),再放果皮條。炒香。
Low heat. Fry the Brown Sugar with sliced peel.
4. 放入少量清水、果汁 (過表面),再加蜜糖 (蜂蜜)。
Pour the water and Juice in. (Cover the surface). Then Honey,
5. 不停翻炒,大約30分鐘。直至水份收乾。
Keep stirring. About 30 minutes. Until no more water at the bottom
6. 底部水份收乾時, 再炒1分鐘。
When the bottom is dry, fry 1 minute more.

How to store
1. 蜜餞熱時, 立刻放入已消毒的玻璃瓶中。關蓋。
Put it into Disinfected glass bottle when it is still heat. Close it immediately.
2. 已開蓋的蜜餞,請放入雪櫃(冰箱)。
Please keep in the fridge when bottle is opened.
