This time I will make a general using, no added, no MSG, ALL natural Chicken Consommé, you can using for different recipes~~~ The most important thing is No Chemical Ingredients !!!

清雞湯材料 - Chicken Consommé Ingredients
自家制雞湯 Homemade Chicken Stock - 1.7L
雞胸肉/免治雞肉 Chicken Breast - 600g
紅蘿蔔 Carrot - 100g
西芹 Celery - 100g
洋蔥 Onion - 200g
蛋白 Egg White - 3隻 pcs
做法 – Method:
1. 紅蘿蔔, 西芹和洋蔥切成粒;
Brunoised Carrots, celery and onions;
2. 雞胸肉用攪肉機攪成免治雞胸肉;
Chicken breasts blended to minced chicken
3. 把免治雞胸肉, 紅蘿蔔粒, 西芹粒和洋蔥粒攪勻, 之後拌入蛋白, 完成後把混合物均勻地抹在煲底, 慢慢加入自家制雞湯;
Mixed well minced chicken, carrots, celery and onion with egg white, and then spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of the pot. Slowly add the homemade chicken soup;
4. 開中至大火, 慢慢地攪碎雞胸肉混合物, 當滾起時轉回細火煮30分鐘, 其間要把泡沫或肉碎淋旁邊肉塊上;
Turn to medium to high heat, slowly stir the mixture, turn to low heat when start to boiling, then simmering for 30 minutes, poured over the meat pieces to the side time to time;
5. 30分鐘, 小心隔出清湯 (不要撈出肉塊, 避免令湯品渾濁)。
After 30 minutes, carefully remove the consommé (Don't remove the pieces of meat, to avoid making the soup turbid.)
完成品約有1.4L
The Chicken Consommé will have 1.4L when Finished
