銅鑼燒 Dorayaki
45g 糖霜/糖粉 Icing Sugar
112g 雞蛋 Whole egg
21g 蜜糖 Honey
10g 清水 Water
6g 味醂 Mirin
90g 低筋麵粉 Cake Flour
2.5g 蘇打粉 Baking Soda
 
內餡 Insert
200g 紅豆泥 Red Bean Paste
QS (適量) 麥芽糖或砂糖 Maltose or white sugar
QS (適量) 清水 Water

1 先制作紅豆餡, 加入適量糖作調味

2 制作日式銅鑼燒皮, 雞蛋打發, 加入蜜糖, 糖霜, 麵粉和蘇打粉, 和餘下液體材料;
