材料 - Ingredients:
80g小米 millet
60g 綠豆 mung bean
1/3 pc 片糖 cane sugar
1900 ml 清水Water

註 : (水的份量因個人的稠度及稀度喜愛. 甜湯放涼後, 甜湯會變稠, 如放雪櫃, 食時蒸熱)
Remarks :

做法 – Method:
1. 先沖洗小米,綠豆。分別浸泡2小時。(保留浸泡小米水)
Wash millet and mung beans. And soak for 2 hours. (keep the soaking water)

2. 倒入清水,小米水,於煲內。轉大火。
Put water, millet water into the pot. Turn to high heat.

3. 沸騰後,加入小米,綠豆。攪動,免焦燒。

4. 再次沸騰後,放入片糖。轉小火。
After boiling again, place the cane sugar in. Turn to low heat.

5. 煲45分鐘, 綠豆開邊即可。
