效用:
去水腫、腳氣病、利尿、健脾去濕、舒筋除痹、清熱排膿 、清熱解暑、美容養顏、消渴、解熱毒、心胸煩熱、小便不利、抑制體內黑色素沉積、降低膽固醇,降血脂
Effectiveness:
Eliminates edema, beriberi, diuresis, invigorates the spleen and removes dampness, relieves muscles and numbness, clears away heat and pus, clears away heat and summer, beauty and beauty,  reduces thirst, relieves heat and toxins, upset heat, poor urination, inhibit melanin deposition in the body,  lower cholesterol, lower blood lipids.

禁忌人群:
體質虛弱、久病、陽虛火旺、代謝慢者、月經期間、寒性痛經者、手術後、懷孕初期 ( 1至6 個月) 、體質虛寒,胃弱易瀉者。

冬瓜是寒性,請注意:

材料 - Ingredients: 
671g  冬瓜 winter melon
48g  炒南豆fried southern beans
48g  赤小豆 Adsuki bean
35g  生薏仁raw coix seed
30g  熟薏仁cooked coix seed
9g  蓮葉  lotus leaf 
1/3 陳皮 tangerine peel
2/3 片糖 cane sugar
3000g  清水 water

方法 - method :
1. 用鹽擦冬瓜外皮,去瓜瓤,留皮。
Wash winter melon skin with salt. Cut off the flesh. Keep the skin. 
.
2. 沖洗全部豆類。
Wash all the beans and seeds. 
.
3. 3000g清水中,放入全部豆類,陳皮。開大火。
Put all the bean and tangerine peel in 3000g water. Turn to high heat. 
.
4. 15分鐘後,放入蓮葉,轉中火。
Put lotus leaves in after 15 minutes. Turn to medium heat. 
.
5. 20分鐘後,放入有皮冬瓜。
20 minutes later, add the winter melon with the skin after 20 minutes.

6. 再煮20分鐘,才轉中小火。
Turn to low heat after 20 minutes
.
7. 再50分鐘後,加片糖。
Add sugar in after 50 minutes of step 6. 
.
8. 10 分鐘後完成。
Finish in 10 minutes
