材料 Ingredients
2隻(pcs) 雞蛋 Whole egg
227g鮮奶油 Cream
113g牛奶 milk
7g 植物油vegetable Oil
28g 白糖White Sugar
1-2g 鹽Salt
113g 低筋麵粉 Cake Flour
做法 – Methods:
1. 低筋麵粉,白糖和鹽混合,過篩。
mix the cake flour, sugar, and mix together. And Sift.
2. 加入雞蛋,植物油,再混合。然後再加入鮮奶油,牛奶。混合直到無粒狀。
Add the egg, oil in. Mix. Then pour the cream milk in. Mix until no lumps.
3. 休息30分鐘至1小時。
Rest 30-1hour.
4. 準備易潔鑊,抹上薄油。小火,下糊。再轉中小火。

5. 煎至兩邊金黃色。
Cook until goldern color.
