而且好像整個人軟綿綿, 無力 
嘴唇有少少脫皮,
所以, 我選一種潤的湯水來滋潤一下,
就是栗子煲竹絲雞加豬𦟌骨湯

材料 - Ingredients: 
1 隻 ea (482g) 竹絲雞 Silkie
343 g 豬𦟌骨 Pork Shank Bone
225 g 去皮栗子 Peeled Chestnuts 
3000 ml 清水 water
適量 QS Ginger 薑

做法 - Method:
1. 沖洗竹絲雞, 豬𦟌骨 和 去皮栗子
   Wash and clean the Silkie, Pork Shank Bone and peeled chestnuts

2. 竹絲雞 和 豬𦟌骨汆水 
   Blanch the Silkie and Pork Shank Bone

3. 放豬𦟌骨、栗子在沸騰的水中, 接著轉中火
   Put Pork Shank Bone and chestnuts into boiling water, then turn to med heat

4. 15分鐘後放雞, 轉文火
   Add Silkie after 15 minutes, then turn to low heat 

5. 2 小時後關火, 即可。
   Turn off the heat after 2 hrs, then serve it.

中國人一向講究進補,烏雞是常見的食補珍禽、滋補上品。著名的「烏雞白鳳丸」、「參茸白鳳丸」、「烏雞白鳳康婦精」等都是取材於它。
烏雞又名竹絲雞、烏骨雞、武山雞、絲羽烏骨雞、烏骨雞(Gallus domesticus)、烏雞﹔得此名因為它的皮膚和骨頭都是黑色﹔竹絲雞有白羽黑骨,黑羽黑骨,黑骨黑肉,白肉黑骨等等。
被稱為“十全”,因為其特徵有 :“紫冠、綠耳、白絲毛、藍纓子、鬍子、五爪、毛腳、烏皮、烏骨、烏肉 ”。
