材料 Ingredients :
4 個 ea 紅蘋果 Red apple
45 g 玫瑰花 Dried Rose
4000 ml 清水water
隨意 Optional 冰糖 Rock sugar
做法 - Method:
1. 紅蘋果用鹽擦;
Red apple rubbed with salt;
2. 去枝核留皮, 一開2;
Debranched, cored and peeled, then cut into half;
3. 紅蘋果加入清水中, 轉大火;
Put red apples in water, turn to high heat;
4. 沖洗玫瑰花;

5. 1小時30分後放入玫瑰花, 轉小火

6. 2 分鐘後關火, 留煲內焗 3 分鐘
