所以給木瓜我來潤肺,
好使我整個人潤些, 不用如此燥火。
近來天氣乾燥,
但帶點濕氣,
這湯水最適合不過了~~~

材料 - Ingredients:
1 ea (476g) - 木瓜 Papaya
398 g - 野生龍躉魚肉 Wild Giant grouper
9 ea (88g) - 半殼鮑魚 Abalone w/ half shell
1 ea (442g) - 豬𦟌骨Pork shank meat bone
30 g - 龍皇南杏 Sweet Apricot Kernel
2 粒 pcs- 紅棗 Red dates
1 片 pc - 薑片sliced ginger
1/3 片 pc - 陳皮tangerine
4000 ml - 清水 water
方法 method :
1. 用布或刷子洗擦鮑魚殼;
Scrub the abalone shell with a brush;
2. 沖洗野生龍躉魚肉,儘量拔去魚鱗片;
Rinse the Wild Giant grouper, rid the fish scales;
3. 豬𦟌骨出水;
Boil the Pork bone until the dirt is out;
4. 沖洗南杏、紅棗;
Rinse the sweet Apricot Kernel, and red dates;
5. 木瓜去皮及核;
Peel the skin of the Papaya, get rid of the seeds;
6. 加油,放薑片在熱鑊中,煎一煎野生龍躉魚肉;
Pour oil into the hot pan, Agg Giant grouper seared it;
7. 先放鮑魚殼、龍皇杏、紅棗;
First put abalone shell, sweet Apricot Kernel, red dates;
8. 20分鐘後水沸騰,放入豬𦟌骨,中火;
After 20min, put in the pork shank bone, med heat;
9. 20分鐘後放入野生龍躉魚肉,大火;
After 20min, put in the fried wild giant grouper, high heat;
10. 30分鐘後放入木瓜, 中火;
After 30min, put in the Papaya, med heat;
11. 20分鐘後關火, 享用。
20 mins heat off, serve it.
