材料 - Ingredients:
中根面粉 Plain Flour / T55 - 125 g
全蛋 Whole egg - 75 g
牛奶 Milk - 250 g
牛油 Butter - 30 g
糖 Sugar - 2 g
鮮奶油 Whipping Cream - 250 g
糖霜 A Icing Sugar A - 13 g
糖霜 B Icing Sugar B - 適量 QS
草莓 Strawberry - 6 粒 pcs
做法 - Method:
1. 先把所以材料回溫至室溫;
First, take out all ingredients at room temperature;
2. 準備小鍋, 用中火煮 牛油 直至深色, 備用;
Prepare a small pot, and cook the butter until brown at mid-heat;
3. 準備攪拌盤, 中根面粉過篩, 加入 糖, 然後在中間開一個洞口, 邊攪拌邊加入 全蛋, 牛奶 和 焦化牛油, 攪拌至完全混合, 粉漿過篩, 放入雪櫃中靜止最小30分鐘 - 1小時, 備用;
Prepare a mixing bowl, sieve the flour in, add sugar, and then make a hole in the middle. While mixing, add the whole egg, milk and hazelnut butter. Mixing until fully mixed, then sieve the batter, and rest in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 mins;
4. 準備攪拌盤, 倒入 鮮奶油, 加入 糖霜 A, 攪拌至挺身, 放入雪櫃, 備用;
Prepare a mixing bowl, pour in the cream, add Icing Sugar A, then whipped until hard peak, after that put it into the fridge;
5. 30分鐘後, 取出粉漿和輕輕再攪拌至混和, 備用;
After 30 mins, take the batter out and gently mix again, set aside;
6. 準備易潔平底鑊, 用廚房紙沾少許油, 再掃在鑊上, 開小火, 倒入適量的粉漿, 用小火煎至兩面都上色, 取出
Prepare a non-stick pan, dip a little oil with kitchen paper, sweep it on the pan, turn on low heat, pour in some batter, and fry with low heat until both sides are coloured.
7. 把 草莓 切成8角, 備用;
Cut the strawberry into 8 pcs;
8. 先在可麗餅上加上適量的 鮮奶油, 放上4角 草莓, 把可麗餅摺上, 再加 鮮奶油 在可麗餅上, 放上4角 草莓, 最後灑上 糖霜B, 即可。
