冬蟲夏草 :
被譽為「中藥之王」，與人參、鹿茸並列「三寶」，
冬蟲夏草產區主要分佈在西藏、青海、四川、甘肅、雲南海拔在3500米～5500米的高海拔地區，最有名的地方是西藏那曲和青海玉樹。
不同產地的蟲草是有明顯分別的，如：品質、顏色、香味，藥用價值。正因為產地五花八門，買冬蟲夏草，要注意「產地假冒」。
30多年前，入口商會用竹籤、或鐵絲把脫落的蟲草頭及尾串回，用紅繩紮成一札，當原條來售賣，政府後來實施規例，不準用任何竹籤或鐵絲把斷了部位串起來，所以有斷草售賣，功效一樣無分別。
