材料 (3人份) - Ingredients (3 Serves)
蠶豆肉 - 250g
Broad Beans - 250g
椰奶 - 170g
Coconut Milk - 170g
豆奶 - 210g
Soy Milk - 210g
粗鹽 - 1Tbsp
Coarse Salt - 1Tbsp
鹽和黑椒 - 適量
Salt and black pepper - TT
蠶豆肉 - 250g

做法 _ Methods:
1. 準備 蠶豆, 買回來的 蠶豆 是有豆莢就話, 先去除豆莢, 如當中有些比較細小的 蠶豆 的話, 就扔掉不要, 如有 蠶豆衣 的話, 就先煮滾一鍋熱水, 然後加入 粗鹽, 之後加入所有已去掉豆莢的 蠶豆, 煮1分鐘, 撈出後放入冷水中冷卻;
Prepare Broad Beans. If the Broad Beans are with pods, remove the pods first. If there are small Broad Beans, just throw them away. If Broad Beans with skin, boil a pot of hot water, then add Coarse salt, put all broad beans in, cook for 1 minute, take out and cool down in cold water;

3. 準備 蠶豆湯, 先把所有 蠶豆肉 放入攪拌機中, 然後加入 椰奶 和 豆奶, 之後攪成蓉, 最後加入 鹽 和 黑椒, 再開機攪一陣;
