在西餐廳中會常看見一道菜, 那就是薯蓉~~~
今次我們會做一道好簡易但又好美味的薯蓉,
味道比起餐廳更美味~~~

材料(4人份) - Ingredients (For 4 ppl):
馬鈴薯/薯仔 (Potato) - 440g
馬鈴薯水 (煮馬鈴薯的水) Potato water (water to boil potatoes) - 50g
室溫鮮奶油 (Room temperature Cream) - 100g
室溫牛油 (Room temperature Butter) - 50g
鹽和黑椒 (Salt and black pepper) - 適量 (TT)
 
做法 - Methods:
1. 先把 馬鈴薯 洗淨外皮, 備用;
   Wash and clean the potato and set aside;
 
2. 準備鍋一個, 倒入 冷水 和 鹽, 冷水時放入 馬鈴薯, 煮至水滾後, 轉至中小火, 直至 馬鈴薯熟透;
   Prepare a pot, pour cold water and salt, add the potatoes when the water is cold, bring to boiling, turn to medium low heat, until the potatoes are soften;
 
3. 馬鈴薯熟透後, 盛起部份馬鈴薯水,備用; 另外把 馬鈴薯 去皮和切成小塊, 備用;
   After the potatoes are soften, keep some potato water and set aside; Also, peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces, set aside;
 
4. 準備攪拌機, 放入 馬鈴薯, 攪碎 馬鈴薯 後倒入 馬鈴薯水, 攪勻後 倒入室溫鮮奶油, 攪成泥後 加入室溫牛油 和 鹽, 最後攪拌直至完全順滑, 即可享用。
   Prepare the blender, put in the potatoes, blended to mash then pour in the potato water, mixed well then pour in cream, blended to puree then add butter and salt, and finally blended until completely smooth, then serve it.
