龍脷葉有新鮮及乾品,在廣東民間有較長的使用歷史,入藥作涼茶外,還常被用在食療中。入藥多用乾的龍脷葉。
There are fresh and dried Dragons Tongue Leaf , which have a long history of using in Guangdong folks. Besides being used as medicine as herbal tea, they are also often used in diet therapy. Dried dragonfly leaves are often used as medicine.

功效:
清熱潤肺、喉嚨乾痛,咽喉發炎、肺熱、痰多、痰火咳嗽、清熱解毒、失聲、暗瘡、牙齦腫痛、口乾、滑腸、通便。
effect:
Clearing away heat and moisturizing the lungs, dry and sore throat, throat inflammation, lung heat, excessive phlegm, phlegm cough, detoxification, loss of voice, acne, gum swelling and pain, dry mouth, smooth bowel, laxative.

因龍脷葉性質寒涼,不宜以下人士 : 
1.寒性體質,腹瀉、大便稀溏,
2. 懷孕一两個月左右的,一定要谨慎
Not for:

材料 Ingredient: (3 人份 For 3 people)
30g 乾龍脷葉 Dried Dragons Tongue Leaf
30g 大南杏 Sweet Apricot Kernel
15g 北杏 Bitter Apricot Kernel
180g 豬肉眼 Pork eye rib
1/3角 (pc) 陳皮 Tangerine peel
1 粒 (pc) 金絲蜜棗 Golden Candied Date
900ml清水 Water

方法 - Methods :
1.    放豬肉眼在滾水中出水
Put the pork eyes out in boiling water

2.    (大火) 把乾龍脷葉、大南杏、北杏、陳皮、金絲蜜棗放入900 ml 清水中
(High Heat) Dried tarragon leaves, Two apricot kernel , Tangerine peels, Golden candied date into 900 ml water

3.    水滾, 放豬肉眼. 
After soup is boiling, add the pork in.

4.    (中火) 煲 1小時, 即可飲用
Turn to Medium heat, and boil for 1hour. Ready to serve.
