材料 Ingredients: (2 人份) For 2 ppl
各1個 (pc each) 青紅蘿蔔 Green Radish and Carrot
1 個 (pc) 天津鴨梨 Pear (P. bretschneideri)
321g牛展 (雞翼展) Beef Shank
1/3角 (pc) 陳皮Tangerine Peel
1片(Sliced) 薑 Ginger
2 .5 L清水 Water
方法 Method :
1. 沖洗青紅蘿蔔 天津鴨梨,去皮。
Wash and peel off the Green Radish Carrot, and Pear
2. 青紅蘿蔔切塊 。
Cut the Radish and Carrot into piece
3. 牛展放滾水,汆水。
Put the beef shank in the boiling water
4. 加入青紅蘿蔔,薑及陳皮 於2.5 公升清水中。 (大火)
Put Green radish, carrot , tangerine, sliced ginger into 2.5L water (High Heat)
5. 水滾放牛展,轉中火。
When 2.5L water is boiling, place the beef shank in (Turn to med heat)
6. 切雪梨一半,去皮及核。
Cut the pear into half, peel off and rid the seed
7. 1小時20分後加入雪梨。再煲30分鐘
After 1 hour and 20 mins, add the cutted pear. And Boil for 30mins more.
8. 關火。湯料留煲內一會兒,可以飲用。
Off Fire, leave for 5 mins. Ready to serve
