今次就用蕃薯來做蕃薯泥~~~

材料(2-3人) - Ingredients (2-3ppl):
蕃薯 Sweet potato – 450g
鮮奶油 Cream – 150g
牛油 Butter – 100g
鹽 Salt - 適量 QS
做法 - Methods:
1. 先清洗蕃薯, 之後去皮, 切片, 備用;
Wash the sweet potato first, then peel, slice, and set aside;
2. 準備鍋, 放入牛油煮至完全溶化, 放入所有蕃薯片炒至軟身, 倒入鮮奶油, 轉小火煮至鮮奶油剩下一半;
Prepare a pot, add butter and cook until completely melted, add all the sliced sweet potato and cook until soften, pour in the whipped cream, turn to low heat and reduce half of the cream;
3. 當煮至鮮奶油剩下一半, 把鍋內所有材料倒入攪拌機中和加入鹽, 攪拌至成泥狀;
When the cream is reduced by half, pour all the ingredients into the blender and add salt, and blend until smooth;
4. 當攪拌至成泥狀後, 倒出過篩, 即可。
After blended, pour out and sieve. Then serve.
