材料 (1-2人份) - Ingredients (1-2 servings)
春雞 Spring chicken - 1 隻 whole
自制燒烤醬/其他燒烤醬 Homemade barbecue sauce/other barbecue sauce - 150 g

醃粉 - Marinated powder:
百里香 Thyme - 1 tbsp
紅甜椒粉 Paprika powder - 1 tbsp
黑椒粉 Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp
洋蔥粉 Onion powder - 1 tbsp
蒜粉 Garlic powder - 1 tbsp
卡宴辣椒粉 Cayenne chili powder - 1 tsp
鹽 Salt - 1 tsp
糖 Sugar - 1 tsp

做法 - Methods:
1. 先把所有醃粉的材料混合, 拌勻, 備用;
   Mix all the ingredients for the marinade powder, and set aside;

2. 先清春雞, 去除雞毛(如有), 先拆去叉骨, 之後在雞背上垂直切令春雞能攤開, 然後在春雞的表面和底部灑上醃粉, 放入雪櫃風乾最少12小時;
   Clean the spring chicken first, remove the feathers (if any), remove the wishbone first, then cut the chicken vertically on the back of the chicken so that the spring chicken can spread, then sprinkle the marinade on the surface and bottom of the spring chicken, and put it in the refrigerator Air dry for at least 12 hours;

3. 12小時之後, 預熱焗爐210c, 準備烤盤, 放上烤架, 在烤架上掃上小許油, 放春雞在烤架上, 於春雞的表面掃上薄薄一層的油, 放入焗爐烤15 - 20分鐘;

4. 15 - 20分鐘後, 取出, 於春雞的表面掃上一層燒烤醬, 再放入焗爐烤15 - 20分鐘;

5. 15 - 20分鐘後, 再次取出, 再次於春雞的表面掃上一層燒烤醬, 再放入焗爐烤15 - 20分鐘或至微焦;
   After 15-20 minutes, take it out again, and brush a layer of barbecue sauce on the spring chicken again, then put it into oven again for 15-20 minutes or until slightly charred;

6. 15 - 20分鐘或至微焦, 取出, 即可。
