材料 Ingredients 
125g  全脂牛奶  Whole Milk
125g 奶油/牛油  Butter
15g 白砂糖  Granulated sugar
2g  鹽  Salt
125g  中筋麵粉  All Purpose flour
3隻 (pcs) 雞蛋  Whole Egg

沾糖 for dipping 
適量 (QS) 白砂糖 Granulated sugar
適量 (QS) 肉桂粉 Cinnamon powder

做法 – Method:
1. 牛奶,奶油,砂糖,鹽  倒入鍋中。 
煮至沸騰。 
Place the milk, butter, sugar, salt in the saucepan
Boil it

2. 關火,加入麵粉,立即混合成團。 
中小火翻炒, 讓多餘水分蒸發。

攪拌放涼少許,慢慢加入雞蛋。 
直至: 看到垂下來的麵糊呈三角形。 
Fire off, add the flour immediately! Mix to the dough
Med to low heat. Fry for the excess water out.

Cool a little bit, add the egg slowly
Until it slowly slide off with a "V" shape

3. 麵團入擠花袋,用1cm 花咀 
油溫升至170-180'C 
擠入麵團, 炸至金黃色。 
Place the dough into pipping bag with a 1cm star-shaped  nozzle
Oil heat to 170-180'C
Pipe the dough in, deep fry to golden brown color

4. 白砂糖,肉桂粉混合 
油條尚熱時, 沾上糖粉 
Mix the sugar and Cinnamon powder
Dip the Churros in when it is still hot.
5. 配合巧克力或榛子醬 
完美! 
Having the Churros with Chocolate sauce or Hazenuts sauces.
Prefect!
