材料 Ingredients
1片 (pc) 自制酥皮 Homemade Puff Pastry
QS (適量) 白糖 White Sugar
做法 – Method:
1. 酥皮從冷藏格(冰格)取出 放至冰箱(雪櫃) 解凍大約半小時。
或室溫解凍5-10分鐘。
Take the puff pastry from freezer to refrigerator . Defrost for about half an hour.
Or at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
2. 壓薄至0.3-0.5cm。灑上白糖,壓實。
Roll it to 0.3-0.5cm. Sprinkle with sugar. Press it
3. 可以選擇只摺1-2層。每層灑上適量白糖,再壓實。

4. 保鮮膜包裹,放回雪櫃(冰箱)。休息1-2小時。
Wrap it in plastic wrap. Rest in the refrigerator about 1-2 hours.
5. 剪為1cm厚度。

6. 放入烤盤,溫度180-190'C,大約20-30分鐘。
