材料 - Ingredients:
1 個 ea 日本福岡幸水梨 Japan Fukuoka Kousui Pear
1 個 ea 豐水梨 Hosui Pears
3 個 智利蘋果 Chili Apples
5粒 杜拜椰棗 Dubai Dates
2250 ml 清水 water
做法 - Method:
1. 用粗鹽清洗蘋果;
Wash the apples with Coarse Salt;
2. 蘋果 1 開 4 份, 去核;
Then cut the apples into 4 parts, de-cored;
3. 梨去皮;
Peel the pears;
4. 梨 一開 4 份, 去核;
Cut Pears into 4 parts, de-cored;
5. 沖洗椰棗, 剪開;
Rinse the dates and cut them;
6. 放蘋果、椰棗在清水中;
Put apple and dates palm in water;
7. 大火煮沸後轉小火 (不用蓋上鍋蓋);
Bring to boiling with high heat, then turn to low heat (No need to cover it);
8. 30分鐘後放入梨, 轉中火煮至沸騰, 之後再轉小火 (不用蓋上鍋蓋);
Put in the pear after 30 minutes, bring to boiling with med heat, then turn to low heat (No need to cover it);
9. 60分鐘後關火。
