材料 Ingredients
50g 全脂牛奶 Whole Milk
70% Dark Chocolate
120g 蛋白Egg white
20g 砂糖 White Sugar
搽杯子 - :
QS 適量 砂糖 White Sugar
QS 適量 牛油/奶油 Butter
做法 – Method:
1. 先用軟化牛油搽於舒芙蕾杯子上。四周要以直紋方式搽上。
再灑上砂糖。確保杯子完全被覆蓋。
Brush the soft butter on the Soufflé cup. (Brush the side with the straight line)
Sprinkle with the sugar. Ensure the cup is totally covered.
1. 烤箱準熱,170-180’C。
Preheat the oven at 170-180’C.
2. 牛奶加熱至沸騰。倒入70% 巧克力中,混合。
Boil the milk. Pour on the chocolate and mix.
3. 蛋白和砂糖混合,打發至軟性發泡。以摺疊形式,和巧克力混合。
Whip the egg white with the sugar. Whip until soft peak.
Fold it with Dark Chocolate.
4. 倒入之前準備的舒芙蕾杯子中,刮去邊位。
Pour on the prepared Soufflé cup.
5. 放入烤箱,12-13分鐘。
Place on the oven. Bake 12-13mins
6. 出爐後,立即食用。
Serve immediately after taking it from the oven.
