材料 - Ingredients:
576g 木瓜 papaya
192g 雞腳 Chicken feet
247g 豬脊骨 Pork spine bone
42g 花生 Peanut
42g 眉豆 Black-eyed pea
1/3 pcs 陳皮 Dried Tangerine peel
1 ea 金絲蜜棗 Golden Candied dates
3000ML 清水water
做法 - Method:
1. 沖洗花生, 眉豆;
Rinse peanuts, Black-eyed peas;
2. 放入沖洗過的花生、眉豆在清水中, 開大火;
Put the rinsed peanuts, Black-eyed peas in clean water with high heat;
3. 凍水放入豬脊骨汆水;
Put the pork spine bone into cold water and bring to boiling for blanching;
4. 雞腳放入在沸騰水中汆水
Put the chicken feet into boiling water for blanching;
5. 木瓜去皮去籽, 切去底部及頂部;
Peel the skin of the Papaya, rip the seeds, and cut the bottom and top;
7. 8 分鐘後放入雞腳;
After 8 mins, add chicken feet;
8. 30分鐘後放入木瓜 和 陳皮, 轉中小火;
30 mins later, add papaya and dried tangerine peel, turn to med-heats
9. 30分鐘後關火, 即可。
Turn off the heat after 30 minutes, and serve it.
