今次會和大家探討一個問題,
到底煎牛扒前,
應否把牛扒先放至室溫狀態???
今次就會用 2 塊牛扒來做實驗,
1 塊先放至室溫,
另 1 塊就會從雪櫃取出就直接煎,
最後會再看看之間的分別~~~
