今次我就同大家做一款常用,
百搭, 而且純天然, 無添加, 無味精, 完全自家制雞湯,
就最重要係絕無化學成份!!!

材料 - Ingredients:
雞翼 x 900g
Chicken wings x 900g
紅蘿蔔 x 2 條
Carrot x 2 pcs
西芹 x 2 條
Celery x 2 stalk
京蔥 x 半條(白色部份)
Leek x 0.5 pcs (White Part)
洋蔥 x 1 個
Onion x 1 pcs
洋芫茜(莖) x 4條
Parsley Stalk x 4 stalk
百里香 x 4條
Thyme x 4 stick
月桂葉 x 2塊
Bay leaf x 2 pcs
 
做法 - Methods:
1. 先把雞翼1開3, 之後沖水, 直至水由渾濁變成清澈, 即可隔水備用;
    First Cut the chicken wings into 3, and then flush the water until the water changes from turbid to clear, and then sieved for later;
 
2. 先把紅蘿蔔, 西芹, 京蔥, 洋蔥切粒備用;
    Diced the carrots, celery, leek, and onions;
 
3. 先把所有材放入湯煲中, 之後加水蓋過所有材料, 開大火直至滾後轉回小火微滾, 時一時要撈起面的泡沫;
    Put all the ingredients in the Big pot, then cover with water, turn to high heat until boiling, then turn to low heat, and simmering, need to skimming time to time;
 
4. 4小時後, 過篩, 倒入容器儲存即可。
    After 4 hours, sieve and pour into a container.
 
P.S. 放在雪櫃中, 可保存1星期, 放在冰格中, 可保存1-2個月。
       Stored in refrigerator, can keep for 1 week, Stored in freezer, can keep for 1-2 months.
