材料 - Ingredients:
42g 桃膠Peach gum
1 個ea 紅蘋果Red apple
1 個ea 青蘋果Green apple
1/3 角pc 陳皮 Dried Tangerine peel
46g 冰糖Rock sugar 
2000ml水 water

做法 – Method:
1. 預早8小時浸發桃膠, 之後清走桃膠上的黑點;
   Soaked peach gum for 8 hours in advance, then Remove the black spots on the peach gum;

2. 準備湯鍋, 放浸發了的桃膠在清水中, 大中火;
   Perpare a soup pot, put the soaked peach gum and clean water into soup pot, turn to high heat;

3. 用鹽清洗青、紅蘋果, 切去外皮,(留皮) 去核及芯, 把每個蘋果切成8份;
   Wash green and red apples with salt, peeled(keep the skin) and remove the core and seed, each apple cut into 8 portions;

4. 把蘋果皮放入湯內;
   Put the apple skin into the soup;

5. 30分鐘後拿走煲中的蘋果皮,然後放入切好的蘋果, 轉中火;
   After 30 mins, take away the apple skin, then put the sliced apple into soup, and turn to medium heatl;

6. 5分鐘後放入冰糖;
   5 mins later, add rock sugar;

7. 10分鐘後可關火, 即可。
   Turn off the heat after 10 minutes and serve it.
