材料 - Ingredients:
8 g 乾海帶 Dried Kelp
163 g 綠豆 Mung bean
8 g 香草 Common Rue
1/3塊 pcs陳皮 Dried Tangerine Peel
2/3 - 1 pc 蔗糖 Cane sugar (甜度自行調整)
2250ml 清水 Water
方法 - Method:
1. 沖洗綠豆;
Rinse mung beans;
2. 洗香草, 去雜質;
Wash Common Rue;
3. 浸軟海帶, 切絲;
Soaked kelp until soften, shredded;
4. 放綠豆、香草、陳皮在清水中, 大火;
Perpare a soup pot, pour in the water, add Mung beans, Common Rue and Dried Tangerine peel in, trun to high heat;
5. 水沸騰, 轉中火 (加上煲蓋時, 要留有空隙)
When Water is boiling, turn to Med heat (When cover with Lid, keep a little space)
6. 30分鐘後放入 絲狀海帶;
30 minutes later, add the shredded kelp in;
7. 15分鐘後加入 適量片糖;
After 15 minutes, Add the Cane sugar;
8. 片糖溶解, 關火, 即可。
When the Cane sugar melted, turned off the heat, serve it.

海帶和昆布兩者皆是褐藻門、褐藻綱、海帶目、褐藻類、海帶目藻類,
但品種上有差別,是不同的科屬種。
海帶是屬於海帶目、海帶科、海帶屬,葉片呈單條或深裂成掌狀。
昆布是屬於翅藻科、昆布屬,葉片呈羽狀。
