今次會用上次做的青醬來做一道很簡單的青醬意粉,
十分適合放工後, 想快快開餐的你~~~

材料 - Ingredients:
扁意粉 Linguine – 160g
青醬 Basil Pesto – 3 tbsp
蒜瓣A Garlic cloves A - 5 粒 cloves
蒜瓣B Garlic Cloves B - 2粒 cloves
百里香 Thyme – 1 tbsp
巴西里 Parsley – 1 tbsp
檸檬皮 Lemon zest - 1個 pcs
鹽和黑椒 Salt and black pepper - 適量 QS
芝士碎 (可略) Shredded cheese (Optional) - 適量 QS

做法 – Method:
1. 先把扁意粉放入有鹽和油的滾水中煮約5 - 6分鐘, 之後用冷水沖至冷卻, 備用;
   Put the linguine into boiling water with salt and oil, cook for about 5-6 minutes, then rinse with cold water to cool down, set aside;

2. 先把蒜瓣B刨成薄片, 然後放在水中浸10分鐘, 之後取出放在廚房紙中吸乾部份水份, 備用;
   Sliced the garlic cloves B into thin slices, then soak them in water for 10 minutes, then take them out and put on kitchen paper to absorb the water, and set aside;

3. 蒜瓣A切成蓉, 備用;
   Cut garlic clove A into mince, set aside

4. 準備小鍋, 倒入適量的油, 油溫燒至約150c-160c, 放入蒜片, 炸至淺啡色, 即可取出備用;
   Prepare a small pot, pour in oil, heat the oil to 150c-160c, add garlic slices, fry until light brown, and then take it out for Later using;

5. 準備炒鍋, 倒入適量的炸蒜片油, 燒熱後放入 蒜蓉, 百里香, 巴西里, 鹽和黑椒, 之後放入扁意粉炒至鬆開, 加入青醬炒勻, 當所有扁意粉都沾上青醬, 關火。
   Prepare a pan, pour some fried garlic chip oil in, heat up, add the minced garlic, thyme, parsely, salt and black pepper, then add the Linguine and stir-fry until loosened, add Basil Pesto and stir well. When all the linguine is covered with Basil Pesto, turn off the heat.

6. 最後擺盤, 先放上扁意粉, 加上炸蒜片, 黑椒, 檸檬皮, 芝士碎 (可略), 即可。
   Plating, put the Linguine on the plate, add fried garlic chips, black pepper, lemon zest, and Shredded cheese (Optional).
