今次和大家一起在家煮洋蔥湯~~~

材料 - Ingredients:
洋蔥 Onion - 500 g
牛高湯 Beef Stock - 1 L
牛油 Butter - 40 g
麵粉 Plain Flour - 10 g
法包Baguette - 8 Pieces
巴馬臣芝士 Parmesan cheese - 適量 QS
鹽 和 黑椒 Salt and black pepper - 適量 QS
做法 - Method:
1. 先把 洋蔥 順紋切條, 備用;
First, slice the onion into strips Lengthwise, and set it aside;
2. 準備湯鍋, 先放入 牛油, 用小火溶化, 之後轉大火燒熱後倒入所有 洋蔥條, 當洋蔥炒至均勻地深色後, 倒入麵粉炒勻, 接著倒入牛高湯, 轉至大火煮至沸騰, 之後轉小火煮 30 - 45分鐘;
Prepare the soup pot, add butter and melt it with low heat, then turn to high heat and add all the onion strips, when the onions are sauteed until evenly brown, add flour and stir well, then pour in the beef stock, then bring to boiling with high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 30 - 45 minutes;
3. 30 - 45分鐘後, 關火, 加入適量的 鹽 和 黑椒 調味;
After 30-45 minutes, turn off the heat and add some salt and black pepper to taste;
4. 準備湯碟, 先倒倒入湯碟中, 之後放上 2 片法包, 在法包上灑上芝士碎;
Prepare the soup plate, pour it into the soup plate first, then put 2 pieces of Baguette, sprinkle cheese on the baguette ;
5. 預熱烤箱至 180 度, 上火模式, 放入已灑上芝士碎的 洋蔥湯, 烤約 5 - 10分鐘 或至表面的芝士完全溶化;
Preheat the oven to 180c, using the top-heat mode, put the onion soup sprinkled with grated cheese in, and bake for about 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted;
6. 當 洋蔥湯 表面的芝士完全溶化後, 取出, 即可享用。
When the cheese on top of the onion soup is completely melted, take it out and enjoy.
PS. 由於湯碟放入過烤箱, 享用時切勿觸碰湯碟!!!
