材料 - Ingredients:
厚多士(Thick Toast) - 3片(pcs)
蝦仁(Peeled Prawns) - 250g
蛋白(Egg White) - 1隻(pcs)
鹽(Salt) - 2tsp
白胡椒粉(White pepper powder) - 2tsp
蒜粉(Garlic powder) - 1tsp
卡宴辣椒粉(Cayenne pepper) - 1tsp
蔥(Spring Onion) - 10g
 
做法 - Methods:
1. 先把 蔥 切成粒, 備用;
Cut the Spring Onion into dice, and set aside;
 
2. 蝦膠: 準備攪拌器, 放入 蝦仁 打成團, 之後倒入 蛋白 打至順滑, 加入 鹽, 白胡椒粉, 蒜粉 和 卡宴辣椒粉 打勻, 最後加入 蔥粒 打勻, 倒出後放入雪櫃冷藏, 備用;
Prawn Minced: Prepare a blender, put the Peeled Prawns in and blendit unitl minced, then pour the egg whites and blend until smooth, add salt, white pepper powder, garlic powder and Cayenne pepper, mix well, then add Spring Onion, mix well, pour out and put in refrigerator for chilling, set aside;
 
3. 厚多士 切去麵包邊, 之後每一塊切成均一的正方形, 然後小心地切出一個口袋, 備用;
Thick toast cut the edge off, then cut each piece into 4 small square, and then carefully cut out a pocket, set aside;
 
4. 切好後, 取出 蝦膠, 用茶匙取出適量 蝦膠 釀入切好的 厚多士 中;
After cutting, take out the Prawn Minced, use a teaspoon to take some Prawn Minced and stuff it into thick toast;
 
5. 釀入後, 準備炸鍋, 倒入油, 當油燒熱後放入 蝦多士 半煎炸, 每1分鐘就反轉一次, 直至 蝦多士 成金黃色和脆身就可取出, 待涼後即可享用。 可配合 泰式辣醬 一起享用。
After stuffing, prepare the fryer, pour the oil, when the oil is hot, put the Prawn Toast in and half fried, turnover once every 1 minute, until the Prawn Toast becomes golden brown and crispy, then take it out, cool down and serve. Can be served with Thai chili sauce.
